As a vital part of our small, local business, your bookings help us sustain our operations and staff. Use this Form for cancellations or rescheduling, ensuring all details are complete.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Charges*:

  • Over 72 Hours Notice: No extra cost for changes. A 7-day window is needed for a new slot, with the possibility of earlier availability.
  • 48-72 Hours Notice: Incur a fee of 25% of your service cost.
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: A fee of 50% is applicable.
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: A charge of 100% for late changes.

Skipping Appointments: A $35.00 skip fee will be added to your next service. For gaps over 2 months, Joy of Cleaning may apply a deep cleaning rate to maintain service quality upon resuming your regular appointments.

Kindly be aware that cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled appointment, inability to grant access to your home upon our arrival, or refusal to allow our employee’s entry upon arrival will incur the full-service fee. This is due to the challenge of filling the appointment slot at short notice.

* Canceling or rescheduling a visit does not change any other FUTURE dates on your recurring visits. Please note that these requests can only be processed during our business hours, Mon – Fri, 8 am to 5 pm.

*This policy also applies to our disinfecting services, except for the skip fee, which does not apply.
