Is the team background checked?

Will I always have the same cleaner technician?

We understand the importance of having a trusted and familiar cleaner for your home. That’s why we strive to provide you with the same technician for each visit. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require a change in technicians. But rest assured, all of our technicians are equally trained, insured, bonded, and background checked to provide you with a safe and high-quality cleaning experience. In the unlikely event that a different technician is needed, you will always be informed beforehand and provided with all the necessary information. Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?

No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning service. Your trust is our top priority.

We are a keyless company. As a veteran-spouse and christian-based company, we have a reputation for being reliable and responsible. We understand that handing over a key and alarm code can be a big decision, which is why we carefully screen and train each of our employees to ensure their trustworthiness. You can rest easy knowing your home is in good hands.

How often should I get your house cleaned?

We believe that a clean home is a happy home. And with our weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services, you can have your home cleaned all year round! Imagine coming home after a long day to a sparkling clean space, free of dirt, grime, and germs.

No more worrying about buildup between cleanings because our skilled technicians will keep your home fresh and hygienic with every visit. But even with a recurring cleaning schedule, sometimes life gets in the way. That’s why we offer one-time cleanings as well, so your home can always be at its best, no matter what life throws your way.

What type of cleaning products do you use?

At Eagle Cleaning, we prioritize the health and safety of our clients and our team. That’s why we only use cleaning products that are not only effective, but also safe for both you and the environment. Our tools and products are EPA-approved, and meet our strict standards, and allow us to spotless and disinfect homes, creating a germ-free haven for you and your loved ones.

How long does it take for an Eagle Cleaning technician to clean my home?

Our technicians are highly trained and efficient, and on our recurring maintenance program they are able to clean an average of 1,000 square feet per hour. This means that we can get the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. But the amount of time it takes to clean your home will ultimately depend on the specific service checklist you choose and the unique cleaning needs of your home.

Why are some services cheaper than others?

The truth is if you think a professional is expensive, wait till you hire an amateur.  The underground market seems less expensive on the surface but in the long run it really isn’t. What is your time worth?  Cheaper services generally require you to find a housekeeper, verify their background, train them, and provide all the supplies for cleaning.  You have to manage, supervise, and pay their payroll taxes despite their claim that they are an “independent contractor” (the IRS almost never agrees therefore you are liable for all federal withholding taxes and labor law compliance).  

Are your housekeepers employees or subcontractors?
Our Cleaning Techs are employees. Each employee is thoroughly screened and trained by an experienced Training Manager.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No! You can cancel any time you wish. But we do have a DISCOUNT program for our Pre-Paying VIPs that offers substantial savings on every cleaning. You’ll only sign our non-compete agreement and on-time payment commitment when you hire us.
What about my pets?
We love them, and we’ll treat them like our own. Your special instructions are noted on our Work Orders so the Cleaning Tech will know your wishes with regard to your pets.
Who provides the chemicals & equipment?
For the ultimate in sanitation, we use our supplies and your vacuum unless you don’t want to provide it. No cleaning service cleans the equipment between houses. This exposes your home to germs and pet dander from the other houses they clean. Backup Shark vacuum is always on hand for emergencies.
What do I need to do before you come to my home?
Please be sure to remove clothes and clutter from the floor or from the surfaces that will be cleaned. Dirty dishes, out of place stuff and clothes, shoes, etc. must be put away before techs arrive. Those are considered extra work and will only be done upon request. Any item out of place will be left where it was found. Your house needs to be organized on cleaning day, as our focus is cleaning. The Techs will thoroughly clean your home based on the cleaning package you choose.
What if I need some extra tasks or services?
We’re not a franchise–we can do what you want. Just call the day before to make your special requests and we will quote you a price for the additional time. Ovens, fridge, laundry? Yes!
Should I have a Spring Cleaning Every year?
Many of our clients do have a Top To Bottom Deluxe Cleaning annually to maintain those out-of-reach places that are not a part of the normal, weekly or bi-weekly routine. It’s less expensive than the first-time Deluxe cleaning because the rest of the house is already at maintenance level if we are servicing your home!
Are my things safe with your employees?
We conduct criminal background checks on every prospective employee, we verify job history, and conduct employment verifications. Our outstanding record of quality hiring and our low employee turnover make us one of the safest services worthy of your trust. We rank safety and security at the top of our business priorities.
Do I have to tip your employees?
There is no expectation of additional gratuity, but it is always appreciated. However, if you feel additional gratuity is warranted, your cleaning tech assigned retains 100% of everything added! Thank you in advance if you choose to do so.
